The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, just a short walk away. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the ocean from the rooms and have easy access to the sandy shores. the Golden Fizz restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, including salads and hot meals, providing a satisfying dining experience. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. Guests can also enjoy a pleasant stroll along the promenade, taking in the sights of the surrounding area.
Some aspects of the hotel's customer service could be improved.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Another advantage was the variety of food options available, with a good selection of salads and hot dishes for lunch and dinner.
The lack of English-speaking staff, which made communication a bit challenging. there was no evening entertainment provided at the hotel, which would have been a nice way to relax and enjoy the evenings.

Great cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel was kept very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and the common areas were also well-kept.
Language barrier and lack of English-speaking staff. The hotel did not cater well to English-speaking guests, with limited English spoken by both the staff and other guests.
